Can we have our own furniture, pictures and ornaments in our rooms?
Yes, small items of furniture and personal items are encouraged as it makes your room more homely for you.

Can I keep my GP?
Yes, residents may choose to keep their GP, however, we work in close partnership with Old Town Surgery in Hastings with helps with continuity of care.

Are there any activities?
Yes, we have a team of Activities Co-ordinators who organises a range of regular indoor and outdoor activities to suit everybody’s hobbies and interests.

How often can my relatives visit me?
We are continually reviewing our visiting arrangements.  We welcome visitors to come daily and request they pre-book to allow us to plan ahead and support safe visiting arrangements.

Can I go out for the day with my friends and relatives?
Yes, we actively encourage going out with friends and relatives.

I have some food allergies. Can you cater to my diet?
Yes, as part of our care for your well-being, all diets are catered for.
